1. How much does a Hellodocu subscription cost?
A Hellodocu subscription costs £1.49 for 72 hours and then £24.90 per month. This subscription gives you unlimited access to all our documents! Your subscription can of course be cancelled at any time!
2. Why can’t I open the cancellation letter I just downloaded?
If you cannot open the cancellation letter you have just downloaded, it is because you need Acrobat Reader. Click here to install it
3. How do I terminate my Hellodocu subscription?
To cancel your Hellodocu membership, simply go to our “Unsubscribe” page and follow the instructions. Terminating your Hellodocu membership is completely free and instant!
4. Where can I find the address to send my termination letter?
You will find the address you need to use in the top left corner of the cancellation letter. Please make sure you send your cancellation letter with delivery confirmation.
5. How can I pay for my subscription?
Your Hellodocu subscription can only be paid by credit card.
6. How do I log in to my personal space?
To log in to your personal area you need to use the login information that was sent to you by email when you registered.
