How do I cancel my EE subscription?

The termination of your EE subscription will become effective when the EE customer service has received a termination letter from you with acknowledgement of receipt. Your cancellation letter must contain the right information about your subscription so that the cancellation can be effective quickly!

To obtain your EE cancellation letter, simply select the EE service you wish to cancel and fill in the information relating to your subscription. The Hellodocu experts will send you your EE cancellation letter as soon as possible by email!

How do I return EE equipment?

Once your EE contract has been terminated, you will be required to return the equipment provided to you when your contract was signed by EE. Therefore, you will need to contact EE Customer Service to ask them to provide you with a pre-registered package that will allow you to safely return your equipment.

Several instructions will be provided to you:

• Return the equipment 30 days after terminating your EE contract
• Unused equipment must be returned sealed
• Make sure that anti-theft applications are disabled
• Make sure that the equipment is not damaged

How do I keep my phone number after cancelling a subscription?

If you wish to keep your phone number after cancelling your EE subscription, you will need to provide a Porting Authorization Code (PAC) to your new operator. If you do not do this, you will not be able to keep your number after terminating your EE contract.
